There is no exhaustive list of features that no longer work in the iWork '09 product suite when installed on macOS Sierra. There may be other issues that I have not encountered.
Inability to open newer Pages, Numbers, and Keynote documents than those created by iWork '09 applications - unless source documents are first exported to their iWork '09 document equivalents. The Mail Merge panels in Pages '09 may not be complete, but since I do not use Pages '09 for Mail/Data Merge, I could be mistaken. Drag and drop of images from Finder still works.
